Moveezi vs Moveware. Built this decade.
Moveware is a two-decade-old ERP, quoted on request and implemented as one long project. Moveezi is one live record with the price on the website, the crew app in the box, an AI that takes real work off your plate, and a first module live in weeks. Here it is line by line.
You should not need a sales call to find out what software costs.
Moveware does not publish a price. Neither does most of this industry, and it is not an accident: a number you can only get on a call is a number that can be different for you than for the company down the road. Ours is on the website in four currencies, the local plans have no minimum, and interstate and international work is charged per move you actually win. You can budget the whole thing tonight without speaking to anybody.
The same goes for the rest of this page. Everything in the Moveware column below is taken from Moveware's own published material, so you can check it. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

Why movers switch
Five reasons companies move to Moveezi.
None of them are about features on a list. They are about the week getting easier.
The price is on the website.
Local from $69 a month with no minimum. Interstate and international at $28 per won move on the entry tier, so the cost follows the revenue instead of leading it. Four currencies, all of it on the pricing page, no call required.
You are live in weeks, not quarters.
Take the one thing that is costing you money now. Sales and quoting, or dispatch and the crew app. Prove it on real jobs, then take the next piece. You are never one bad go-live weekend away from a business that cannot dispatch.
The crew app is in the box.
Moveezi Field is included, so every crew gets it. Inventory, photos, condition notes and the customer signature are captured in the driveway and land in the office as they happen. That is the difference between a system that knows what happened on the job and one that finds out on Monday.
Enzo does the work nobody wants to do.
Chasing the follow-up, reconciling the invoice, spotting the job whose margin just moved, catching the dispatch clash before the crew does. You set how far Enzo goes on each one, from watching to running it, and you can see and undo everything it did.
The margin arrives while it still matters.
Per-move profit and loss updates against the quoted price as crew hours, materials and subcontractor costs land. Finding out at month end is a report. Finding out at 2pm is a decision you can still make.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask us. Answered straight.
Does Moveezi replace Moveware?
Yes, for the work a moving company does every day: sales and quoting, surveys, dispatch and crews, the field app, warehousing, tracking, invoicing and per-move margin. The one thing to check first is your general ledger. Moveware includes one and some customers close the month inside it. Moveezi runs quoting through to invoicing and credit notes with live per-move P&L, and leaves the ledger to your accounting package. Most movers already run one; if you do, this changes nothing for you.
What does Moveware cost?
Moveware does not publish prices, so you cannot compare without booking a call. Ours are on the pricing page in four currencies: local moving companies from $69 a month with no minimum, interstate and international at $28 per won move on the entry tier. You pay when you win the job, not when you quote it.
How long does it take to get live?
Weeks, because you do not have to take all of it at once. Start with sales and quoting, or with dispatch and the crew app if that is where the week hurts, prove it on real jobs, then add the next piece. A full ERP is implemented as one project with training scoped around it, which is why those rollouts are quoted in months.
Is the crew app included?
Yes. Moveezi Field is part of the platform and it is in the plan price. Inventory, photos, condition notes and the customer's signature are captured in the driveway and the office sees them land. Moveware's crew app, MobiCrew, is a separately licensed add-on. A crew app that costs extra per user is a crew app half your crews never get issued, which is how the field ends up back on paper.
Can we run Moveezi on our own servers?
No, and it is worth knowing why we are comfortable with that. Moveezi is cloud, hosted in Australia by default and in the United States for customers who elect it, ISO 27001 certified and built to NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC. That is how you get updates every week instead of an upgrade project every two years. Moveware does offer on-premise, so if your policy hard-requires software inside your own data centre, start there.
We already run Moveware. Can we move?
Yes, and you do not have to do it in one weekend. Most companies start on the part that is costing them money now and run the two side by side while it proves itself. Moveezi has a documented public API with an OpenAPI specification, so keeping finance where it is while operations move across is a supported shape, not a hack. Bring your current setup to the demo and we will map it.
