An office relocation is not a bigger house move. It runs in a locked-down window after hours, it moves IT that has to power on and log in by the next business day, and it is often phased across several nights and several crews. The client is a facilities manager who signed off a plan and expects the plan to happen. When a desk lands on the wrong floor or a crew turns up to a building they cannot get into, the failure is visible to a whole company. This is a coordination job, and the coordination is the product.

Corporate work is contract work. Deliver the plan and it renews.
