No. Local plans are a flat monthly price. Move as many local jobs as you like and the price does not change, no per-move fee and no estimate cap.
Are crew apps included?
Yes. Every plan includes crew apps: two on Starter, six on Growth, unlimited on Pro. Your vans are never billed as extra seats.
What if I take an interstate or international job?
Switch that work to the per-move plan. Local plans cover domestic local moves; the moment you cross a border you get shipment tracking, the agent network and customs on pay-per-move.
Is there a setup fee or a lock-in?
No lock-in, month to month. A one-time setup and onboarding fee covers migrating you off your current system, quoted up front with your plan.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Yes. Move up or down a tier whenever your team or job volume changes; the new price applies from the next month.

Do I pay per survey?
No. Video and on-site surveys are included in the Sales seat, with no per-survey charge. Surveys happen before a move is won, and we will not make you spend money to qualify a lead. Run as many as you like.
What counts as a “won” move?
A move you have booked, the customer has accepted and it is going ahead. That is the only point at which the per-move price applies. Leads, quotes and surveys that never convert cost you nothing.
Are texting and payments extra?
No. In-app customer messaging and card payments are part of the per-move price, no SMS packages, no processing markup. Enzo AI, Lex compliance and dedicated phone numbers are optional add-ons if you want them.
Do you charge per user or per truck?
No. Once a move is won, everyone who touches it is included: your office, your crews, and the external delivery agents you invite to help. Add people and trucks without watching a per-seat or per-truck counter climb. Only pre-win Sales is priced per seat.
Is anything an extra cost?
A few specialist add-ons sit outside the per-move price: Enzo AI, Lex compliance and dedicated phone numbers. Everything needed to sell, run and deliver the move itself is included, the add-ons are there only if you want them.
Is there a server bill or a lock-in?
No separate hosting or server charge, and no multi-year contract required to get a price. A one-time setup and onboarding fee covers migrating you off your current system; we quote it up front with your plan.
How does the per-move price drop with volume?
It steps down by monthly volume: up to 100 moves, from 101 to 500, from 501 to 1,000, and beyond 1,000. Tell us your volume and we will show you the exact band and where you break even against a flat-fee competitor.
What is the platform minimum?
per month, and only on the pay-per-move plan. Local flat plans have no minimum, the plan price is the price. Per-move companies clear the floor comfortably in a single month of won moves.
