Moveezi vs MoverMate. Count the seats.
Both of us publish our prices, so this comes down to what the money buys. MoverMate licenses each office seat and each crew seat, and limits how many estimates you may send each month. Moveezi is a flat plan with the Field app included, no cap on quoting, and the same record carrying a job from a suburb to another country.
A cap on quoting is a cap on growing.
MoverMate is straightforward about its plans, which is more than most of this industry manages, and its entry tier is cheaper than ours. What the tiers do is meter the things you want more of when the business is going well. Estimates are capped at 100 a month, then 300, then 600, and only unlimited on the top plan. Office access is licensed per CRM seat. The Field app is licensed per crew seat on top of that. The month you get busy is the month all three start to bite.
Moveezi prices the plan, not the people. Field apps are included for every crew. Estimates are never capped, on any plan. Every figure in the MoverMate column below comes from their published pricing page, and excludes GST as stated there. If it has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

Why movers choose us
Four reasons to pick Moveezi over MoverMate.
Mostly they are the reasons that show up in year two rather than week one.
Nothing meters the thing that makes you money.
Quoting is how work is won, so Moveezi never caps estimates on any plan. Field apps are included for every crew rather than licensed per head. The plan price is the plan price whether it is a quiet February or the week everyone moves.
The job can leave the country without leaving the system.
One record carries a move through sea, air, road or rail with the agent at each end on the same file. Any mode, agents, RMCs and corporate accounts, multi-currency throughout.
Government and defence work is in the box.
The DD-1299 and twelve further DoD forms are generated from the order record with rank and entitlements carried through.
Enzo takes work off the desk.
Chasing the follow-up, reconciling the invoice, spotting the move whose margin just turned, catching the dispatch clash. You set how far Enzo goes on each one, and you can see and undo everything it did.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask us. Answered straight.
Which one is cheaper?
It depends entirely on how many people touch a job. MoverMate is cheaper to start: their Lite plan is A$79 a month against our A$99, and it comes with a 14 day free trial we do not offer. From there it inverts, because they license each CRM seat and each crew app seat separately and cap how many estimates you can produce. Their Enterprise plan is A$590 a month for ten CRM seats, twenty five crew seats and unlimited estimates. Moveezi Local Pro is A$499 a month for ten office users, unlimited crew, and no estimate cap. Figures are from their published pricing page and ours, and theirs exclude GST.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. MoverMate does, fourteen days with no credit card, and that is a genuine advantage if you want to poke at a system on your own before talking to anyone. What we do instead is a demo run on your jobs, your crews and your prices rather than sample data, and publish every price so there is nothing to discover later.
What is an estimate cap and does it matter?
MoverMate's plans allow a set number of estimates each month: 100 on Lite, 300 on Starter, 600 on Growth, unlimited only on Enterprise. Quoting is how you win work, so a cap on quoting is a cap on growth, and the month you get busy is the month you hit it. Moveezi does not cap estimates on any plan.
Does MoverMate handle international moves?
Their published positioning is Australian and New Zealand moving companies doing residential, interstate and commercial relocation, and independent guides describe it as suiting smaller businesses stepping up from spreadsheets. Moveezi is built around cross-border work: sea, air, road and rail on one record, agent networks at both ends, RMC and corporate accounts, multi-currency, and government and defence paperwork. If your work is local and interstate only, that difference will not decide it.
We already use Xero. Does Moveezi work with that?
MoverMate publishes direct integrations with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Stripe, which is a real convenience and worth weighing. Moveezi covers quoting through to invoicing and credit notes with live per-move profit and loss, and publishes a documented API with an OpenAPI specification for connecting the ledger you already run. Ask us about your specific setup on the call rather than assuming either way.
