Moveezi vs Movegistics. The AI that is already in the product.
Movegistics, part of Netensity, now offers an AI Coach. The catch is what it takes to switch it on: you install Claude Desktop, add a Chrome extension, and pay Anthropic on a separate bill, and Movegistics' own MCP connector is still labelled coming soon. Moveezi ships the assistant inside the CRM. Ask Enzo works on your live data, the help coach answers from the Moveezi help center and says so when it does not know, and the same record runs from survey to estimate to pricing to booking.
An AI coach that lives in another window is not in your CRM. It is a browser tab you have to keep open.
Movegistics is a moving CRM from Netensity, and its AI Coach is a real attempt to bring AI to movers. But each piece runs outside the product: the coach is used through Claude Desktop, a Chrome extension reaches into the page, and the Anthropic subscription is billed by someone else. Their own MCP connector, the piece that would let the coach read your CRM, is still marked coming soon. None of that is dishonest. It is just a different shape of AI: one you assemble yourself, on top of a CRM that does not contain it.
Moveezi is the other shape. The assistant is in the product. Ask Enzo answers from your own operational data and can take real actions in the CRM, at a Watch, Suggest or Run level you set per capability, with every action logged and reversible. The Moveezi help coach answers from the help center and abstains when the answer is not there rather than inventing one. There is a native MCP fabric behind it, not a connector on a roadmap. And because it is the same product, the survey the customer films, the estimate it becomes and the booking it turns into all live on one record.

Why movers choose us
Four reasons to pick Moveezi over a bolt-on coach.
All of them are about where the intelligence actually lives, not how impressive the demo is.
Nothing to assemble before it works.
A native assistant is one login. A coach that needs Claude Desktop, a Chrome extension and a separate Anthropic bill is three setup steps, three support paths and three places your data can go. Moveezi works on the record you already have open.
Answers that can say they do not know.
The help coach is grounded on the Moveezi help center and abstains when the answer is not there. An assistant that invents a plausible answer is worse than one that says it does not know, especially on pricing and process.
The AI can change the job, not just talk about it.
Ask Enzo takes real actions in the CRM within limits you set, from watching to running, with a full audit trail and one-click rollback. A coach in another window can advise; it cannot move the booking.
The survey is the start of the job.
Moveezi does the survey and the CRM. The customer films or joins a call, the inventory lands on the record, and the same file becomes the estimate, the price and the booking. A standalone survey tool hands you a file to re-key.
FAQ
The things buyers actually ask us. Answered straight.
Is the Movegistics AI Coach native to the CRM?
No. Using the AI Coach means installing Claude Desktop (Cowork), adding a Chrome extension, and paying Anthropic on a separate bill. Movegistics' own MCP connector, the piece that links the coach to the CRM, is labelled coming soon. Moveezi's assistant is built into the product.
Do we need to install anything to use Enzo?
No. Ask Enzo works inside the Moveezi CRM you already use. There is no third-party desktop app, no browser extension, and no separate AI subscription to set up.
What is the difference between an AI coach and an AI work assistant?
A coach, as the term is used here, sits in another window and advises a person who then does the work. Ask Enzo is a work assistant: it answers from your own operational data and can take real actions in the CRM, at a Watch, Suggest or Run level you set per capability, with every action logged and reversible.
Can the AI change anything in my CRM, or just answer questions?
Both, and you decide how far it goes. Each capability moves between watching only, suggesting, and running without you. Everything is on the record, and any action can be rolled back in one step.
Does the assistant ever make up an answer?
The Moveezi help coach is grounded on the Moveezi help center and abstains when the answer is not there, rather than inventing one. That matters most on pricing and process, where a confident wrong answer costs money.
We already use HomeSurvey.ai. Does that change the answer?
Only if you want one record from survey to booking. HomeSurvey.ai, also part of Netensity, is a strong standalone async video survey: the customer films the home on a phone and the AI returns an inventory, and their Review Together feature adds a live video review. Moveezi is the full CRM the survey feeds into, so the inventory is not re-typed into a second system.
