The platform

Moving company software that runs the whole job. Not a slice.

Most moving company software covers one slice of the week and hands the rest back to a spreadsheet. This covers the job end to end: the enquiry, the survey, the quote, the crew, the truck, the warehouse, the shipment, the invoice and the margin. One record, and no charge per person for looking at it.

Five tools hold the job and not one of them agrees.

The quoting tool holds the price. A shared calendar holds the day. The crew carries a paper docket that comes back creased, late or not at all. A spreadsheet holds the costs and it is a week behind. The shared inbox holds everything anybody promised the customer. Nothing reconciles, so someone spends Friday making the five versions agree and still ends up with an estimate. That is not a moving problem. It is a record problem, and it is why a busy month can finish flat.

Enquiry to booked

Price it properly, then let it book itself. Before they ring the next company.

Enquiry, survey, quote and signature sit on one record. The booked job already knows the address, the access notes, the inventory and the price.

A pipeline, not an inbox

Every enquiry lands in a stage you can see, with the next action on it and follow-ups going out without anyone remembering. That is the sales and quoting module, the same ground a moving company CRM covers.

Survey it before you price it

Walk the house on site, or run a video survey from the office. The inventory you capture becomes the quote, then the crew brief, then the invoice. Nobody types it twice.

Rates from a table, not a memory

Volume, weight, hourly and tariff pricing come off rate tables you control, and every quote keeps its version history. Priced twice, the same job returns the same number.

Signed is booked

Send options instead of one figure, and let the customer accept and e-sign online. The moment they sign it is a booked job on the dispatch board, with its dates, access notes and inventory attached. Nobody retypes a won quote into the diary on Monday and drops a digit.

The day itself

Crews, trucks and the job. On one board that keeps itself current.

Dispatch, the field and the warehouse work off the same job record, so the office watches the day happen instead of ringing around.

Dispatch that shows the clash

Jobs, crews and trucks on one board. Put two jobs on the same van at nine and you see it on the dispatch board, not when the customer rings to ask where everyone is.

The Field app, with no signal

Crews run the job in Moveezi Field: today's work, inventory, photos, condition notes and the customer's signature. It keeps working in a basement stairwell and syncs when the phone finds a bar.

Trucks on the map, routes that fit

Fleet tracking puts your vehicles on the same screen you plan on, and truck-legal routing keeps a loaded vehicle off a road it cannot take.

Storage that bills itself

If you hold goods, warehousing is part of the same system rather than a second one. Boxes and loose items live in warehouses, sections and cells, every movement in and out is kept, storage periods roll up daily and the invoice comes from what the account held. A customer asking where their sideboard is gets an answer, not a phone-around.

After the truck leaves

Tracking, invoicing and the margin. On the job you already have open.

The part most systems leave to the office decides whether the month worked. Here it comes off the record the crew worked from.

Every lane, one view

Sea, air, road and rail with carrier milestones on a timeline. Shipment tracking flags the exception before the customer does, and gives them a branded trail.

Invoices from the job, not the notes

Invoices and credit notes are raised on the record itself, against the terms you agreed, with a payment link. Quoted, done and billed are one lineage.

Did that job make money

Crew hours, truck, equipment, subcontractors and expenses land against the job while it runs, so per-move profit is a number you read the same afternoon, not a guess at month end.

One screen over the lot, and an AI reading it

The Control Tower puts every job, crew and truck on one live screen across all your branches. Enzo, the built-in AI, reads the same data: it chases the quote nobody followed up, reconciles an invoice against what was delivered, and raises a dispatch clash or a thin margin before you go looking. You set how far it may act alone. The full module list shows where each piece sits.

Why it matters

You are not buying screens. You are buying one record.

The question is whether one job has one truth behind it. Local, interstate, international, storage, office and commercial, agent work and military and government moves are the same record with different rules on top, so a company doing several is still on one system. The solutions pages take each in turn.

FAQ

The things buyers actually ask us. Answered straight.

What does it actually replace?

The quoting tool, the shared calendar, the paper docket, the costing spreadsheet and most of what the shared inbox is holding. Sales and quoting, surveys, dispatch and crews, the Field app, warehousing, tracking, invoicing and credit notes, and per-move profit run on one record. It does not replace your accounting package: quoting through to invoicing lives here, the general ledger stays where it is.

We run four trucks. Is this too much system for us?

No. Start where the week actually hurts, usually sales and quoting, or dispatch and the Field app, and add the rest when you want it. Every module shares the same customer, job and inventory record, so nothing is typed twice and there is no integration project at the end. A small local operation is a supported size, not an exception.

Do we pay per seat?

No. There is no per-seat charge for the platform. Local plans are flat, and interstate and international work is priced per won move, so you pay when you win the job, not when you quote it. Put the dispatcher, the accounts person and every crew member in it without doing arithmetic first. The one per-seat line is the sales seat, charged before a job is won, and it is published with everything else. The figures are on the pricing page in four currencies, with a post on why we price this way.

Can we bring our existing customers and jobs across?

Yes. Customers, contacts, jobs, inventory and rate tables come across from a spreadsheet export, which is what most companies already have. Moveezi also has a documented public API with an OpenAPI specification, so a system that can export can usually be mapped. Bring a sample file to the demo and we will tell you what maps cleanly.

How long before we are actually using it?

A local or interstate business can be live in hours: branches, users, job types and rate tables configured, and real quotes going out the same day. International takes longer, because agents at both ends, customs paperwork, modes and currencies are more to configure. Nobody stops working while it happens, and the first week can run on one module.

We do local work and international work. Is that one system or two?

One. A local job and an international job are the same kind of record with different rules on top, so a company doing both is not running two systems and reconciling between them at month end. The same holds for storage, office and commercial work, agent work and government moves.

Bring last month's jobs and we will run them through it.
