Every other platform bills you to exist.
Count what your current software charges you for. A seat for every person who touches a job. A line for every truck. A fee for every survey, whether the job closed or not. A surcharge on the texts you send and another on the payments you take.
None of that is tied to whether you moved anyone.
Moving is seasonal, and per-seat billing does not care
Summer is when you hire. Casual crew, extra sales cover, a second dispatcher for the peak. That is exactly when a per-seat platform bills you most, and it keeps billing at the new number until someone remembers to remove the seats in March.
So the software charges you the most in the months you are busiest, and stays expensive through the months you are not. The pricing model is running backwards from the business.
Worse, it makes you ration access. The warehouse hand does not get a login because a login costs money, so the warehouse stops being visible in the system. The record gets thinner exactly where you needed it thickest.
What we charge for instead
A flat Sales seat, with surveys included, so selling costs the same whether you quote ten jobs or a hundred. Then one all-inclusive price per won move.
Lost the job? You pay nothing for it. Won it, and eleven people touched it across sales, survey, dispatch, the crew app, the warehouse and invoicing? Still one price.
That means we only grow when you do. If you have a bad quarter, our invoice shrinks with yours. We think that is the correct alignment between a moving company and the people selling it software, and it is uncomfortable enough that almost nobody does it.
The catch, stated plainly
There is a platform minimum on the per-move plans, because the infrastructure runs whether you move one job or four hundred. Local operators who do steady volume are usually better off on a flat plan, so that exists too.
What there is not: a per-user licence, a per-truck licence, a per-survey fee, a texting surcharge, a payment surcharge, or a lock-in.
Give everyone a login. It costs you nothing, and the record is worth more when the whole company is in it.
