Sub-processors
The categories of providers that help us run Moveezi. Named list available on request.
Moveezi is provided by Dumont Pty Ltd. To operate the service we engage a small number of sub-processors in the categories below. Each is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement, and we remain responsible for their performance.

| Cloud hosting / infrastructure (Australia by default; European Union or United States where a customer elects regional hosting) | Hosting and storage of the service and customer data. Where a customer is provisioned an EU tenant, that customer's data at rest and its backups remain in the EU. |

| Content delivery / security provider | CDN, DNS and network protection (data in transit) |
| Product analytics | Operated on our own infrastructure, not a third-party analytics service |
| AI model providers | Processing prompts and the move data they reference, to power Enzo. Named providers, and their data-handling terms, on request. |
The specific, named and current sub-processor list is provided on request, and is not published, to protect the security of our operating environment. It is available to customers, and to prospective customers evaluating Moveezi, under an NDA or the confidentiality terms of the procurement process. You should not have to sign a data processing agreement before you can see who processes your data under it.
We give at least 30 days' notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, and customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
