Control Tower

# Every move on one map. Every branch at once.

Control Tower draws the last 30 days of moves from origin to destination, groups them under the branch that owns them, and puts the shipments you have in transit on the same map. Narrow it to one branch, one city or one country and the list behind every line is a click away.

## Every branch can see its own day. Nobody can see the business.

Ask what is happening across the company this week and the answer lives in four places: a dispatch board per branch, a spreadsheet of interstate jobs, the carrier's website for the containers, and whoever happens to be on the phone. Someone builds the whole picture by hand for the Monday meeting, and it is out of date by Tuesday. The busiest lane, the branch carrying the load and the shipment that has gone quiet are all knowable. They are just in different places.

The map

## Moves as lines, branches as points. Drill down from there.

Every move with a mapped origin and destination is drawn between the two, coloured by whether it is leaving a branch or coming into one. Start with the whole company and narrow to exactly the part you are asking about.

### Branch, city or country

Click a branch on the map, or its card, and only that branch's moves remain. Click a city to narrow again, or pick a country chip to list everything leaving or arriving there. A breadcrumb takes you back up one level at a time.

### Outbound, inbound, by status

Show only what is leaving, only what is coming in, or one status at a time: booked, confirmed, in progress or completed. Filters apply on the spot, without reloading.

### Moves or shipments

Switch the map from moves to the shipments you have in transit, drawn port to port. The containers your [international](https://www.moveezi.com/international) work depends on sit beside the trucks' work instead of in another system.

### The list behind every line

Click a line, a city or a branch and a panel opens with the moves behind it: reference, customer, status, mode, weight, origin and destination. Flat map by default, or turn it into a globe when the work spans oceans.

The numbers across the top

## Counts that follow your filters. And the shipments that need you.

A strip of numbers sits above the map and recalculates for whatever you have narrowed to, so the figures always describe what you are looking at.

### Moves in and out

Total moves for the period, with outbound and inbound as counts and as a share of the total, plus the busiest lane: the origin and destination pair carrying the most moves.

### In progress

How many of those moves are marked in progress, so the work actually under way stands apart from what is only booked.

### Exceptions

Shipments in transit that tracking has marked delayed or in exception, counted in their own tile. The detail is on the [tracking](https://www.moveezi.com/tracking) board.

### How fresh it is, plainly

The map re-reads your moves and shipments every minute while it is open, and a Refresh button does it on demand. It reflects what your team has recorded, so a move is as current as its last status change. Control Tower is about moves and shipments; where each truck is sits with [fleet tracking](https://www.moveezi.com/fleet-tracking). It comes with the [dispatch](https://www.moveezi.com/dispatch) module, and what it shows is only ever your own company's data.

Why it matters

## The picture you rebuild every Monday. Already drawn.

Control Tower reads the same records your team already keeps in [sales](https://www.moveezi.com/sales), [dispatch](https://www.moveezi.com/dispatch) and [shipment tracking](https://www.moveezi.com/tracking), so there is nothing extra to type to keep it current.
